This home was purchased by my client in October, we spent the last 6 months designing a new floor plan, adding 800 sq ft to the house and renovating every sq ft of the home. I was involved with every aspect, including managing contractors, the budget, the overall design and picking out fixtures, etc. The home is selling for $295,000.
